Milk Processing
Meeting in the farmhouse, description of the activities and the philosophy behind our productions. Short walk to the lookout point to admire the grazing animals and the spectacular surrounding. Visit to the barn and the milking parlor, with explanation of the work procedures and care of the livestock. Visit to the dairy where it will be possible to watch the cheese-making process using traditional raw milk and visit the cheese making laboratory, and the cheese-ripening room.
